Quotes strip [url] whilst [img] remains intact

This is a non-critical issue(?) I've noticed in the screenshots thread. When a post is
quoted, the url part of eg.

[url=www.image.com/image.png][img]..[/img][/url]

.. is stripped, leaving [img]..[/img]

This doesn't appear to make sense in this particular case as reference to, say, a
thumbnail would serve no point at all particularly if the dimensions of the thumbnail make
it's contents impossible to identify.

This may well be a 'feature' of PunBB, so disregard if changes are not humanly possible
