Guys and Gals, I love using Archlinux but I have a problem now. I would like to access the contents of this site: www.numtv.com
However the contents are in wma format. How do I get it to play? Also this site says that if the PC is connected to the TV then I can watch movies on the TV screen, instead of on the PC screen.
How do I accomplish this? What software does Arch provide to help me transfer the contents on the PC screen to the TV screen. Guys and gals I am new to this so kindly explain this step by step.
Thanks.

Nice seven digit prime. Is there any further significance to it?
Sweet, now I can play with myself.

Actually you don't need a TV tuner, you need a regular video card with TV-Out. It's a special port on your videocard that you connect with your TV via cable. And I'm of no further help, I've never used TV-Out on linux.
edit: this message now looks like i'm mad. thank you.

THe mplayer-plugin handles windows wmv, asf & asx so you can view this content easily in firefox if you have it set up.

Thanks guys for all the suggestions. However I have abandoned the idea of using numtv as I can get the same programs elsewhere through bit-torrent.
Arch linux is extremely stable and am very pleased with it. Keep up the good work guys.
And to poetofnumbers, yes there is a significance to that seven digit prime:
2574 is my date of birth (2 May 1974)
6 - My height - 6 ft
61 - my weight - 61 kg - at the time I chose this number.
Therefore combined together it is 2574661.
