Removing file encountered "Stable NFS hanles" error

There are some files that can not be completely deleted even using root priority.

The information is as follow:

rm: 无法删除 “files/xfce4/panel/pager-2.rc”: Stale NFS file handle
rm: 无法删除 “files/xfce4/panel/panels.xml”: Stale NFS file handle
rm: 无法删除 “files/xfce4/panel/launcher-8.rc”: Stale NFS file handle
rm: 无法删除 “files/xfce4/panel/launcher-9.rc”: Stale NFS file handle
rm: 无法删除 “files/xfce4/panel/launcher-12414064171.rc”: Stale NFS file handle
rm: 无法删除 “files/xfce4/panel/tasklist-12414087612.rc”: Stale NFS file handle

I don't know when the xfce-panel configuration cannot be automatically saved, so I delete the ".config/Xfce4" directory, it works. But then I found that there are some files cannot be forever deleted in former directory: Xfce4/panel, they are not visible in thunar file manager.

I search the web and found it always related with network filesystem, but it seems I did use any such services.

What's the matter?
