Cool, it is working now.
linuxwacom-cvs seems to overwrite the wacom model from the kernel26 package (which linuxwacom-dev isn't doing), so this is why you have a running wacom after installation, but not at restart.
Re-installing kernel26 fixes that. And FINALLY all my input devices work, the eraser, the pad etc... didn't work with HAL before.
