Hi,
I've been trying to find where wine and its installed applications live on the main menu . I even found this, for instance:
/home/me/.config/menus/applications-merged/wine-Programs-Corel Graphics Suite 11-CorelDRAW 11.menu:
<!DOCTYPE Menu PUBLIC "-//freedesktop//DTD Menu 1.0//EN"
"http://www.freedesktop.org/standards/me … nu-1.0.dtd">
<Menu>
<Name>Applications</Name>
<Menu>
<Name>wine-wine</Name>
<Directory>wine-wine.directory</Directory>
<Menu>
<Name>wine-Programs</Name>
<Directory>wine-Programs.directory</Directory>
<Menu>
<Name>wine-Programs-Corel Graphics Suite 11</Name>
<Directory>wine-Programs-Corel Graphics Suite 11.directory</Directory>
<Include>
<Filename>wine-Programs-Corel Graphics Suite 11-CorelDRAW 11.desktop</Filename>
</Include>
</Menu>
</Menu>
</Menu>
</Menu>
All I want is just to find this (and the Wine entry) in the main menu and KDE Menu Editor. No luck, so far . Probably a dumb question, but... Any suggestions?

Its in "Lost And Found" if it does not appear, rightclick the kmenu button and chose "edit menu" then go to settings -> misc and activate "Show hidden"

You are right, Rasi. It's right there, in Lost & Found. Are you telling me, then, that they are supposed to live there ?

Use kmenuedit (in (kdemod-)kdebase-workspace) to organize the menu the way you want ;-)
