Hey, I've just started using arch, and I'm trying to get my ATI driver working for a Radeon X1200 card. I'm currently in the process of trying to install the Catalyst drivers since the xf86-video-ati one hasnt seemed to work for me for some reason. I've followed the instructions on how to install abs and everything, but I'm still getting an error. The error I'm getting while installing the catalyst-utils package is,
loading package data...
checking dependencies...
error: replacing packages with -U is not supported yet
error: you can replace packages manually using -Rd and -U
error: failed to prepare transaction (conflicting dependencies)
:: catalyst-utils: conflicts with libgl
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance

just do what it tells.
pacman -Rd libgl
pacman -U packagename
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
