Where is the file to write this enviroment variable ? /etc/profile ?

it's most likelt in /etc/profile.d/ - I assuming these is a "java.sh" file - but I can't guarentee that...

/etc/profile.d/j2re.sh or /etc/profile.d/j2sdk.sh if the sdk is installed.
