Arch-tan

A while ago I drew up and then pixel-colored a more minimalist Arch-tan than Juzo-kun's. Please excuse the crapiness of the hair, since I wasn't too good at pixeling hair at the time (I'm still not too good at it, but I'm a little better).

That is Pacman on her headphones and a small Arch logo on her gauntlet.
Anybody good at CG art who can make a neater version be my guest, but I'd definetly like to see it. big_smile

Re: Arch-tan

Cool. I came in expecting to see someone with a sun tan in the shape of the Arch Linux logo. smile
But why "Arch-tan"?

The -tan suffix is a Japanese honorific.

Maybe ...

Or is that what you meant when you said Juzo-kun's?

Re: Arch-tan

Nice attempt, but I must say that the older version looks much cooler:

Re: Arch-tan

Thanks for the feedback. I like Juzo-kun's renditions, but I didn't think that his Arch-tan really looked like... Arch. When I picture Arch personified I see more of this small girl in the rather large blue and grey coat with headphones typing away at a keyboard with a monitor contrasting a dark room and an energy drink on the desk than I see this taller, spear-wielding glasses girl with a visor =\
