[DVB-S] Technotrend S2 3200

Hi@all,

i am not able to get this pci card working!

I have installed the multiproto drivers from http://jusst.de/hg/multiproto and loaded the modules but not even /dev/dvb/... was created.

Has anyone experiences with this dvb-s card on arch? what could i try??

Hm, I installed Arch a few days ago and I only had to load the modules budget-ci and s626 to get access to it with kaffeine. My Kernel is 2.6.29, maybe the drivers are included there. Even HD is working. The only problem was to scan the channels, because some of the most common TV-stations weren't found at the first time. Then I searched a few more times and they were there.

So please post the result of

uname -a

in order to know which kernel runs, it may be also useful to see the output of

lspci -k

(only the section beginning with "Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7146...", if this section exists)

Can you give output of your installation of mantis multiproto? Maybe it was not installed correctly and this is why it does not works. It happens to me when I am trying to compile those drivers.
