[Solved] Problem with custom built kernel and udev

Kernel: 2.6.30-rc8 (Zen Kernel), built with the traditional "make && make modules_install"
because I dont need an initrd, I built everything into the kernel.

My problem: Arch takes 22 seconds to initialize udev at bootup, the rest works fine.

Does anyone have a advice to fix this problem?

btw: forget the buffer i/o error, this is false alarm. My DVD burner is a piece of junk and it drives dmesg crazy.

EDIT: It was really a i/o error, my windows partition was f.cked up
