Hello. Newbie Arch user here. I just completed my base Arch install, and I'm ready to install Fluxbox. My question is, should I install the 3D drivers for my ATI Mobility 3650 graphics card before or after I install Fluxbox? Also, I'm assuming I can do both through pacman. Is there anything I need to expect to do other than the following?
pacman -S fluxbox
pacman -S ati-drivers
(perhaps in the reverse order)
Thanks!

Why not install them both at once? Anyway, it shouldn't matter in the slightest.

So then the following?
pacman -S fluxbox ati-drivers
Also, I've created a new user, so I'm not running anything else as root. I made their primary user group power (just guessing there, don't know if I needed to or not). Is there anything else I need to do so that this new user account can be used to further install/configure my environment?

It sounds like you didn't really read the Beginners Guide: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Beg … tup_groups
As for the video: you will need to install the drivers before you can start fluxbox

Guilty as charged. I did skim it prior to diving into the installation guide, but for some reason it didn't occur to me to refer back to it. My bad. That did clear this particular question up for me. Thanks.
