deb pkg to arch pkg?
I need a tool to change a deb to an arch package... is there a similar "alien" package/app? in arch

deb2targz will convert it. You can then make or modify a PKGBUILD to use the resulting package.

Although it is unlikely that the same package is not on AUR.

Try to find the source instead, and use that.
