HP 8710w [Need help setting one up?]

I am no expert, but i spent the weekend learning arch and getting mine configured with a gnome gui, network setup, basic apps... (browser, plugins) and torn down pretty small... still working with it...

If you want direct help, get on IRC. If you want help here, state your problems clearly and concisively.

It's quite impolite to just dump your e-mail address here and ask people to get back to you on this.

i am not having any issue... just opening a post in case any other users are utilizing the same laptop as me... ran in to some strange issue while setting it up that i was able to work through... and was just offering up my help for anyone else if they needed it and happened to search for 8710w assistance.

if you notice, the subject line is a question... and the body offers my services.... the email dump is for if anyone ELSE needs help...

its quite impolite to respond without reading through a post properly...
