HP 6530s Mic does not work

I installed Arch+Gnome with latest updates, but I noticed the microphone does not work, I use Sound Recorder in Gnome, but the Length seems to be increasing too fast, from 0 seconds to several minutes, and eventually became negative, does anyone have similar problems?
