by the output I suppose I should delete /etc/mime.types but then I thought that something like that was normal with installation of 2006.02, I think. It was something with klibc, which gave tons of errors, just simple symlink fixed that, I hope this is the same case. thanks

Well I guess you changed mirrors recently. Your current mirror is longer unupdated than previous. That's why it contains older packages than you have in your system. Just wait until it updates or choose another, which is updated more often. These error will disappear.
Your other problem is that you have 2 enabled repos with files conflicting with each other. Leave just one repo and make pacman -Syy and try to work with one repo. This must help.

Windows works in 80 % cases, Linux in 20%, but you can make linux work in other 80% cases whilst you can never make windows work in last 20%

I have left only default setting: core, community & extra. It still gives me the error I am talking about. The error about splashy is no biggie, because I have compiled it from aur. This is what I see now:
[minimal@sdoky-laptop ~]$ sudo pacman -Syu

And I did not change mirrors recently. Updates worked this way for about a month (no change)...

People, help me please

I did this
sudo mv /etc/mime.types /etc/mime.types.bak
and it seems all right, but can anyone of you tell me why did this happen?

That is the solution. It may have been good to do a "pacman -Qo /etc/mime.types" to see if another program owned that file.
Either:
1) you created that file
2) some program created that file
3) some package owned that file and pacman lost track of that file somehow...
For 1 or 2, you did the right thing.
