Just upgraded and my mouse is screwey.

I just recently upgraded kernel to 2.6.30 and nvidia drivers to 185.18.14, I don't know what's causing this, but now every time I use anything on the keyboard my mouse moves to the top-left of the screen. Makes selecting multiple items impossible.

Re: Just upgraded and my mouse is screwey.

After the latest kernel upgrade I'm also experiencing unusual behavior with the mouse.  The touch-pad works fine, but my wireless (usb) mouse, which has always worked well, occasionally stops responding and eventually resumes working (like after a minute).  The issue isn't with the battery in the mouse, I am just thinking this is a usb-kernel problem (perhaps some sleep setting is set too high).  Is anyone else having a similar problem?

Re: Just upgraded and my mouse is screwey.

Same here. The mouse stops responding after 3-4 s of inactivity. Only moving is affected. It can be reactivated by clicking with either button. Then it stops again.
The mouse is of type logitech optical usb.
The touchpad works.

Update :
There is a bug report. See here : http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/15234
This problem is related to the 2.6.30-5 kernel upgrade.
Workaround : the mouse works correctly after disconnecting/reconnecting it.
