PCMCIA NIC - 3Com Megahertz 3CCFE574BT

Does anyone set this or similar network card successfully?
The list of supported PCMCIA cards contains this model.

But on the other hand I still experience some issues.
I figured out that in new kernels I supposed to replace the old cardmgr with new pcmciautils.
lspcmcia is listing this device, ifconfig can manage this device (eth1), but this card behaviour is still unstable and I can't use it.
