Hal and X server don't start

Hi Archers,

Today I have installed a fresh install in my laptop and here comes the problem. Even I have installed all xorg packages, xf86-input-keyboard, xf86-input-mouse, xf86-video-ati, Hal failed to start automatically when I added it into rc.conf. Dbus is ok, it starts first, then hal failed.

As the results of this, I can't start X server, All I get is black screen with no mouse and keyboard. I have to do a hard shutdown.
I have run Arch in this laptop for a long time and when I decided to re-install it I got the problem.

So how can I fix this problem?:):):):):)
