[Solved] Kernel fails to load modules (not custom 2.6.30)

Since the last kernel update, I cant start any module.
During the boot, the kernel tries to start the modules but fails.

FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.29-ARCH/modules.dep: No such file or directory

So I tried linking a 2.6.29-ARCH to the exists 2.6.30-ARCH directory, and when i try to load modules I get:

WARNING: Error inserting ... : Invalid module format
FATAL: Error inserting ... : Invalid module format

Help?
I cant start anything...

Sorry for my English.
Thanks.

I read that this can be happening because my boot partition wasn't mounted during the kernel upgrade, but now i cant even mount it. I get:

mount: unknown filesystem type 'ext2'

You need to chroot into your system from a rescue CD/USB and rebuild modules.dep with the depmod command.

I solved this problem by downgrading the kernel, mounting boot partition and upgrading it again.
Thanks anyway smile
