cssed.desktop

Here is a small modification of cssed.desktop (from package cssed):

[Desktop Entry]
Name=CssED
Comment=GTK2 based editor for cascading style sheets
Exec=cssed
Icon=/usr/share/cssed/pixmaps/cssed-icon.png
Terminal=false
MultipleArgs=false
Type=Application
Categories=Application;TextEditor;Development

I just added "Development" to categories so that it isn't in "Others" menu.

I think the official package should be updated.
