Network seems to randomly freeze with new Kernel 2.6.30

I'm running a SSH server NFS server and a VNC server, every once in awhile all the servers will freeze and if I have like 30 minutes or more it goes back to working.
Is anyone else having this problem?

This is my NIC lspci brings up.

Re: Network seems to randomly freeze with new Kernel 2.6.30

Not sure if you resolved this, but I've been experiencing the same issues. Usually when the computer is under heavy network traffic.

Here's my card: 00:09.0 Ethernet Controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8169 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 10)

I've been testing it after a couple of modifications and mines been running stable for a lot longer than it usually is. I've removed rpcbind, nfs-common, and nfs-server from my daemons and disabled IPv6 and its running perfectly.. Bug maybe??
