So, I had compiled kernel but I wasn't satisfied with it so I decided to install back old kernel: pacman -S kernel26. Then I got some error similar to: segmentation fault (but it was little different). Then I couldn't reboot so I went to live cd and chroot to my partition and removed kernel (pacman -R kernel26) and then again installed it (pacman -S kernel26). And now I get error 15 in grub.
So - what should I do?

Are you sure to have performed a correct chroot? Error 15 is file not found.

Yes, I'm pretty sure.

Try running the chroot again and do a ls /boot to see if the kernel images are there.

I figured out what was the problem. My grub is not installed on my root partition. So I copied kernel images from my root partition to grub partition and now it works (I also reinstalled grub but I think it was no use for that). Thanks anyway.
