Missing Panel in XFCE 4.2 RC2

Hi All,

I installed XFCE 4.2 RC2 and it was working great. But, after logging out and back in, I am missing the panel. I have looked at all the settings in XFCE that I can think of. The panel starts if I type xfce4-panel at the terminal. I tend to think I did something stupid verses this is a bug.. Any ideas ? I searched the XFCE forums.. didnt see anything.

Thanks

Check your ~/.xinitrc file, in XFce4 you have to start every module there.
like:

xfce4-iconbox &
... &
... &
exec xfce4-panel

the ... are the other modules you wish to start, i dont remember their names right now, so cant add more examples.
