i get this everytime i start up my computer, its always python[] but its a different number in there each time apparently, it was 6129 then it went to 6003 and now its at 5973.  my usb works fine until i plug in my usb printer...within seconds of it being recognized it says usblp dropped and throws a bunch of usbfs errors about usbdevfs_command failing.  i dont know what to do, and of course this bs doesnt start until the night before my grad school starts up and of course i needed to print something out for class tomorrow. FML

any ideas are greatly appreciated

Re: libc-2.10.1 and python (im assuming)

its actually dropping my printer the second i try to use it then it throws a usbfs usbdevfs_command cmd [whatever it is, python hp etc] failed, i installed slackware to see if an earlier version of kernel will get it working again
