Double options in Gnome "Open with" context menu and also double optio

Hi all, need some help here, I'm getting double of options in Gnome's "Open with" context menu and also double of options in Nautilus like the picture below.

How do I edit/remove the extra options in Archlinux. I'm somewhat unfamiliar with Gnome so pardon me, have been using XFCE all this time.
