What is the requirements to get gnome-power-manager to show the ETA for the battery charging/discharging? For some reason even running devkit-power alongside it, I cannot get it to work in my Gnome/Openbox setup. I can run xfce4-power-manager fine and the normal gnome-panel's power manager but for some reason gnome-power-managers doesn't work at all, only shows the current percentage. Any ideas?

Maybe acpid ?

Already installed and running, I should have all the proper daemons setup including hal/dbus/acpid. Is devkit done via a daemon?
Edit: I've gone through and checked to make sure my user was in the power group as expected and I'm currently running the 2.24 gpm from the AUR instead. I'm wondering now if anyone has gotten 2.26 to behave properly in any sort of scenario?
