Few days ago I did a full system update, and since that I've been having trouble with GTK based applications, especially Firefox 3.5, because Alt Gr has stopped working. For example, I have to press Alt Gr + 8 to get [ but pressing those does nothing.
Qt apps work fine.
There are already topics discussing Alt Gr problems, but I managed to find no solution from them.

How many other applications behave so ?
Is there anything in changelog for it ?

Atleast Seamonkey and Grip have the same problem. I don't have many GTK apps installed.
What changelog do you mean? There's nothing about it in /var/log/pacman.log and I couldn't find Firefox changelog.
Edit:
I found a workaround on the internets.

I'm posting an update about this because I have found a
workaround. You need to make sure that you are not passing any lv3
option to X. Three places you should look at:
/etc/default/console-setup
/etc/X11/xorg.conf
your KDE "Regional and language" configurationTo check if X is running with a lv3 option enables, try
setxkbmap -print
