I'm guessing that you're trying to run a pre-compiled 32 bit binary on 64 bit. Correct? If so, find out what the dependencies of wocka are and install their lib32 counterparts.

http://aur.archlinux.org/packages/wocka/wocka/PKGBUILD

According to this package build this isn't a precompiled binary, it build from source only on i686.

But if you try to run it on 64 bit os, you must do that  skottish says.
