Xorg issues hd4870

Xorg log: http://dpaste.com/66105/

I used the default file from the ArchWiki ATI but then also switched back to no config file with the same results.  I am at a loss here I have been trying for two days and used the IRC with no luck.  I am tried to install Catalyst from AUR but it requires libgl which oddly is a dependency conflic therefore it will not install.  I have also tried the git drivers, ati, and radeonhd with all giving the same result.  I have another card to try but I feel that is useless, cause if this card does not work then I see no point.

Also I am using the latest Arch x64 kernel and dmraid.

Re: Xorg issues hd4870

If you're installing catalyst/catalyst-utils you need to 'pacman -Rd libgl' to get around the conflict issue.
Do you have hal in your daemons? Your card should have been detected at ~line 53 of Xorg.log
What's the output of lspci | grep -i vga ?

Re: Xorg issues hd4870

It outputs nothing, just goes back to my bash.

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R
Bios: F5
Aegia Physx PCI-E x1
Powercolor HD4870 1gb via DVI

This board only has one pci e x16 slot, my guess is maybe it is looking at only my pci slots and not my pci e

EDIT: http://dpaste.com/66404/ did a full lspci
