Kernel 2.6.9 and Cedega (winex)

Hi,

It seems I have the same problem to install games (starcraft) via Cedega like guys on this Gentoo forum:
http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=240930

So, to fix the problem I just need to add  a line in /etc/sysctl.conf
But the problem is I  *can't*  find this file!!
Should be in the /etc directory?

Thanks

Re: Kernel 2.6.9 and Cedega (winex)

Just create a new file. Then you have to run
sysctl -p
and it will read /etc/sysctl.conf and take proper actions.

I put a line
sysctl -p
in /etc/rc.local so I don't have to execute it on every reboot.

NOTE: this was all about sysctl itself, I don't know much about cedega.
