gstreamer Bug might affect some media players

Some bug in current gstreamer 0.10.23 might affect media players using it; it's already fixed in 0.10.23.2

Might lead to confusing symptoms that (at least for me) aren't that easy to recognize as a gstreamer problem (p.E. "volume button stops working when loading second file in same player instance") and can potentially keep someone up half a night wondering what he did wrong when rewriting a gtk theme or something .

There seem to be quite a few problems with totem & other applications using gstreamer floating around the Internet that look entirely different but are caused by the same bug or at least fixed be the same fixes since 0.10.23. I'm fine now after upgrading gstreamer-base to 0.10.23.2 (pre), although I still need to drink a lot of coffee.
