I have installed bin-wine32 and i also have ETQW running so i should have all the required

I hope you're not just assuming that you have them all, but actually checked for packages and tried to fix it?
I got those errors when I used crossover, and I WAS missing compatibility libraries.

lib32 for libxi?
lib32 for glibc?

Might be worth checking out.

I found the only libraries I needed to run cxgames were: lib32-libxi & lib32-zlib.

but to run Neverwinter Nights, I already had: lib32-glibc, lib32-nvidia-utils, lib32-alsa-lib, lib32-sdl & lib32-mesa.
