Problems Using Compiz-Fusion in GNOME

When i start fusion-icon i cant see the windows' borders, I have edited xorg.conf and added the specifications for my Geforce 4 MX. Help me please

Make sure you've got Window Decoration enabled under Efects in CCSM.

Make sure compiz-decorator-gtk is installed.
Use fusion-icon to see if GTK Window Decorator is selected under "Select Window Decorator"

I tried to activate the plugin and i have windows borders, but cant move the windows and can't use commands
