Hey, everybody.
I need time optimizing application(web or gui interface) which has following capabilities:
1) tracking activities
2) classification of activies(busy, slacking off)
3) statistics for activities for given period of time(busy time=N hours, slacking off time=N1 hours)
4) statistics for specific activities(reading=N2 hours)
5) free licence(better)/moderate price
Right now I'm using google calendar which is only capable of 1)(I know - this app is designed for other uses).
Suggestions for better(according to the list) app are appreciated.
thanks

The last days I was looking for a similiar app. "Tracks" looked the best: http://getontracks.org/
It is webbased and you can run it on your own pc.

My friend used earlier this track, and he said it's a good application.

Well, all in all it's very good app, but it does not satisfy my needs.
I learned to use what I get with google calendar and tasks.
I introduced tags that charachterize given activity/task(comma separated list in decription). I also group activity/tasks by project(name of the project - in the name of activity/task).
Then I do detailed report in Description of activity/task.
To track how much time I spent on the project I simply search project name.
To track tags and some information from reports I also can search them.
Now I think I need to somehow tie to this system mind maps as optional activity/task report tool.
But I don't know yet whether it's going to be convenient or not.
But the thought that I'm going to track mind maps is very appealing. With this I can enhance effectiveness of learning and repeating tenfold.
One solution is to simply use xmind and then leave a reference to online mind map in description of activity/task.
