F**K! how do i mount a xfs partiton...

hi
how do i mount a xfs partiton to /mnt/xfs so every user is allowed to write on it???
did not find working methods!

:EDIT:
if i make a dir. as root in /mnt/xfs and give write permissions to that users can write to that folder.. but i want that for thewhole partition....

i tried something with uid and gid but not that way... the man pages about mount are not so easy to understand!
