How to batch equalizing hundred of mp3?

Hi,
I face some up & down on the volume while playing with my MP3 player. I know there should be some adjusting to resample the audio and increase the volume, but this should span for several songs. Better if they'll result on the some volume level without clipping, specially those that are already to a confortable volume level.

Use mp3gain, it's in community. However, you might want to write yourself a little script or use a frontend for more convenience.

Look into how mp3gain works, if you're lucky they'll apply per-album gains, if not you'll have to test your luck.

$command *mp3

works quite fine usually though

I gave a go to mp3gain, but it wasn't satisfactory. Most of the song went down on volume and players didn't give any sound.
Undoing gave me back as before, but I still have to imagine how to acheive an equal volume for all 314 songs (2 GB) tongue
