How to install nvi?

I tried pacman -Ss nvi, and I can't see nvi.
I tried yaourt too.
How to add nvi?

nvi-unicode aborts on locale unicode letters with message: Invalid input, Truncated


vi from testing is working well.
I am confused with its version number.
Version 4.0 (gritter) 3/25/05. Last offical nvi is 1.69, and skimo nvi is 1.81
Is it really nvi?

The vi currently in testing was changed to ex-vi not too long ago.
