Hello.
I updated urxvt today, and it is 100% transparent now...
This is the relevant part in my Xdefaults:
urxvt*background: rgba:0000/0000/0000/6666
urxvt*transparent: true
urxvt*depth: 32
!internal whitespace
!urxvt*internalBorder: 5
!fade text n% upon unfocus
urxvt*fading: 30
!darken=(0 to 100) lighten=(-1 to -100)
urxvt*shading: 50
!tint background with this color
urxvt*tintColor: black
urxvt*foreground: white
I'm using xcompmgr and openbox.
How can I set tranparency to 50% for example?
Thanks.
(Sorry for my poor English)

I can't check this personally, but you should disable the transparent option and just use the rgba background. I'm not sure which value gives you a true 50%, but just adjust the alpha value (currently 6666) until it looks right. Someone else might know for sure.

The problem is that these settings worked until the last update...
Now it's 100% transparent..

Ok, I found out what the problem was.
I don't know why, but pacman upgraded my urxvt package from 9.06-2 to 9.06-4, and then the problem appeared.
One day later pacman 'said' that my package version is newer than the repo one, so I downgraded it to 9.06-2 and it works very well now.
Thanks.
