[solved] splash screen after grub select?

is that any lightweight software can hide those "commands" in startup, and also shutdown? and can someone tell me what login manager will be good and lightweight? i'm using openbox.

I heard about "xdm" maybe you can check about it in wiki - http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/XDM
