[Solved] B43 Wireless Broke with update (I think)

Wireless has been working fine for a few months, all of a sudden my b43 wireless card does not get enabled.
Even when I login and do 'sudo ifconfig wlan0' up and try to do a 'iwlist scan' it says no wireless networks found even though I know for a fact there is.
Any help would be appreciated, I'm not sure what other information to put here, so just ask and I'll post it.
Thanks

http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13521

is that the problem that you have? if yes, just enable the card and restart the system. i found out that if i start my computer with the card disable i had a lot of problems trying to enable it. neigher reloading the module will help.

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
