Language of Openoffice

Hi there,

I'm new to Archlinux so I hope someone can help me.
I installed Openoffice and the german language pack via:
pacman -S go-openoffice openoffice-de

Unfortunately my openoffice-installation is still in english. Also I cannot switch the language via Tools->Options->Language
So I deleted my ooo-profile-folder, openoffice and the pacman-cache and reinstalled openoffice- no luck :-(

My only entries in locale.gen are:
de_DE.ISO-8859-15@euro
de_DE.UTF-8
de_DE.ISO-8859-1

Any ideas?

Greetings!

Re: Language of Openoffice

I do not use go-openoffice but obviously you need package go-openoffice-de instead of plain openoffice-de.

Yeah- you're absolutely right :-) I uninstalled the go-openoffice-package and installed openoffice-base instead. Didn't know, that the openoffice-de package won't work with go-openoffice.

Thanks so much for your help!
