In the Opera settings
Go to Advanced > toolbars > Menu Setup
Duplicate your menu
it will then appear in the .opera/menu/standard_menu_1.ini

Last post was almost a year ago but i dont want to open a new topic. I did what ChoK said and it works. But some web sites opens download page automatically. So unless you can right click link, opera uses its own dl manager. So is there any way to integrate Kget to Opera just like Konqueror?

Open Opera Preferences, go to "Advanced" tab, then "Downloads", uncheck "Hide file types opened with Opera", then choose a file extension that you would like to open with Kget.
For example, type rar in the Quick find search box, select it in the results list and click on "Edit...", the "File type" window appears, check "Open with other application" and type kget. I guess you should also check "Pass Web address directly to application".
