I upgraded Kde to 4.3. Well, first shock was default desktop settings with startup. So i rearranged, its not a problem. But i wanted to change wallpaper. After clicking Browse button, half of the time plasma crashes, at other half plasma dont see my directories. Just like that :
Can not see or reach to directories, i dont know. Is there any one with that problem or is it only me?

I am not sure whether I misread the screenshot, but it seems to me that you are viewing the "home" folder in root, i.e. "/home", not your home folder ("/home/$USERNAME"). Moreover, this dialog filters out all files but image files, which you usually don't find in that directory. In "/home" you should usually only have folders. You simply need to select a different directory.

Like he said, the problem is his user directory is missing somewhy.
I'd say try looking at the view options of that file chooser, perhaps it filters directories somehow, another idea is try clicking your home firectory in the location bar on the left.
KDE4.3 migration was a little painful for me too, I'd advise purging your .kde4 and .kde directories and the trying again.

Maybe have a look at System Settings -> About Me -> Paths

First, thanks to both of you for your concern.
Clicking home folder gives same result. Nothing happens. Only Home Folder looks selected at side bar. Also, it's not about permissions because i can browse directories from the Name bar at below. But, after i type exact address of picture there and Enter, plasma crashes again.
Maybe i can take a look Advanced Settings of Plasma-desktop. But i don't know where it is

If you're using the Customizable-Weather-Plasmoid, chang the settings on it. That Plasmoid is known to cause problems with Plasma-when set to using background transparency for instance.

Thank you a lot Skripka! I removed it. After restart all my problems solved.

Don't forget to add [SOLVED] to the subject .
Edit: sorry, nevermind... I saw the update after I reloaded the list.

Satisfied users don't rant, so you'll never know how many of us there are.

If you were running an old version of it-that makes sense. The latest version of it in AUR seems to run relatively stable-though certain settings (i.e. background transparency) do cause Plasma crashes.
