last /dev update don't adapt syslog.conf regarding tty12 output
Hi.
The above.
I had to change manually my syslog-ng.conf to make it output to tty12 again, I don't really know if this should be handled by hand by the user, but perhaps this post helps someone

It is the users job to merge all .pacnew files after an update
