HI.. i only want to understand why my eePc has this "funny" issue. If i connect an external monitor (like a 20") to the eeePc when it is off, after starting archlinux and lxrandr i can choose resultions up to 1440x900. If i disconnect and reconnet the external monitor(with eePC on), i can choose only 1024x600 and lower.
If i shut down eepc and do the same things, i can choose correctly all resolution up to 1440x900..
There's a bug with intel drivers?? what can i do to have the ability of choose the right resolution for the external monitor without shut down/turn on the eepc?

Interesting issue. Why don't you recreate the missing mode for 1440x900 by using cvt and reinvoke xrandr to see if it works?
They say that if you play a Win cd backward you hear satanic messages. That's nothing! 'cause if you play it forwards, it installs windows.

Are you using KMS or not?
