[Solved]makepkg -s installs makedepends without root privileges

Today I installed a Package from AUR and recognized that `makepkg -s` installed all missing makedepends although i were not root. In general I use sudo but today I forgot to type it and it works.
Now I am a littel bit confused. This way a normal user can install everything he want with a selfwritten PKGBUILD-file.

Is it a bug in the new pacman-version or the wrong configuration of my system?
Can somebody try this at his machine?

//Edit
I read the source of makepkg and now its clear. Sry for wasting your time smile

That is nowhere related to the question and the poster stated they had solved their issue many hours before you posted.  Do not post unless you actually are contributing something.
