Other bootup commands for Grub? [SOLVED]

I've been looking at Arch's live CD and PCLinuxOS's and I see options to shutdown or restart the computer from Grub. Does anyone have an idea how to do that?

Grub has a halt and reboot command. You can enter them by pressing q at the grub splash.

Alternatively you can add them to your grub menu.lst in the usual fashion

title Halt
halt

title Reboot
reboot
