module not found serial_cs

i have been building lots of custom 2.6 kernels recently and i have just built a 2.6.10-nitro2 but I keep getting errors about serial_cs missing.

I used my old 2.6.9-nitro# config as a basis but lots of the PCMCIA stuff seems to have changed in the new 2.6 version.

Does anyone know why the serial_cs has vanished?  I'll try the stock 2.6.10 kernel to test and i'll try and build again using the arch config as a basis, although that will take a while to make all my customizations - any ideas in the mean time gratefully recieved
