After the move from GNOME to KDE *damn I have said this so many times -.- * tweetdeck has stopped working
It just opens, but nothing else, no errors in terminal, nada. I deleted the configuration files, re-opened, still the same.
Is anyone having the same problem? Is it tweetdeck or adobe-air?

Well, you see it just launches fine but this is what I get *now that I've tried in terminal*
$ adobe-air /opt/tweetdeck/TweetDeck_0_26.air
adobe-air: Extracting application to directory: /tmp/adobeair.XRXzKVrGe0
adobe-air: Attempting to start application
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/etc/opt/Adobe/certificates/crypt//config.xml"
Unable to parse Document: /etc/opt/Adobe/certificates/crypt//config.xml.
Error: general internal error
(adl:7896): Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_x11_atom_to_xatom_for_display: assertion `atom != GDK_NONE' failed
Tweetdeck finalizes launching but only the main panel, doesn't launch columns/asks me to sign in

$ adobe-air /opt/tweetdeck/TweetDeck_0_34.2.air
adobe-air: Extracting application to directory: /tmp/adobeair.BK4LNEA64R
adobe-air: Attempting to start application
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/etc/opt/Adobe/certificates/crypt//config.xml"
Unable to parse Document: /etc/opt/Adobe/certificates/crypt//config.xml.
Unknown desktop manager, only Gnome and KDE are supported
.Error: HTMLLoader failed to initialize
TypeError: Error #1009
adobe-air: Cleaning up temporary directory
adobe-air: Done
So it's not working on XFCE4

I was able to launch TweetDeck from the Terminal after executing this command (gnome-keyring has to be running)
export GNOME_DESKTOP_SESSION_ID=1
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/492/cpsid_49267.html
Place this in your .bashrc
alias tweetdeck='export GNOME_DESKTOP_SESSION_ID=1 && adobe-air /opt/tweetdeck/TweetDeck_0_34.2.air'
and you can launch tweeteck by just typing "tweetdeck"
