Yes, that's tint2. The top bar is conky (cli-output) piped into dzen2. You can find everything here (the link is also in my sig).

Anyway, a small update on my EEE. Perhaps my last FreeBSD shot on my EEE, since its a test machine, and i am putting openbsd4.5 on it tonight.
An almost similar setup on my Lunar Linux laptop, minus the conky.

openbox. for me it's the best for little screens, a lot of virtual desktop and too many keybindings is great for work so fast, using command line application for low ram cost, cos eclipse it's a memory eater-monster xD
i have too xmonad and i use it when i connect the netbook to others screens or the TV
